To determine the status of the authentication server:
1 Log in as root or cworks to the server on which the authentication server
software resides.
2 Enter these commands:
cd /opt/3com/VCX/auth/scripts/init.d
./S99auth status
To start the authentication server:
1 Log in as root or cworks to the server on which the authentication server
software resides.
2 Enter these commands:
cd /opt/3com/VCX/auth/scripts/init.d
./S99auth start
To stop the authentication server:
1 Log in as root or cworks to the server on which the authentication server
software resides.
2 Enter these commands:
cd /opt/3com/VCX/auth/scripts/init.d
./S99auth stop
