5.1.2.4 Displaying the Parameters of a Capture

To display the parameters of a capture, proceed as follows:
1.
Select the sub-menu by pressing the
Parameters screen is displayed.
Choose the type of display, RMS or PEAK, by pressing the yellow key correspond-
ing to the icon. The Model 8335 displays curves on which you can move the time
cursor and zoom in and out.
In the PEAK display, the available information is:
The instantaneous current and voltage at the time indicated by the
cursor (in a "waveform" representation).
The maximum instantaneous current and voltage in the half-cycle
indicated by the cursor (in an "envelope" representation).
The maximum instantaneous absolute value of the current and voltage
(over the entire capture).
In the RMS display, the available information is:
The instantaneous frequency at the time indicated by the cursor.
The minimum, mean, and maximum instantaneous values of the
frequency over the entire capture.
The RMS current and voltage in the half-cycle (or lobe) on which the
cursor is positioned.
The maximum half-cycle RMS current and voltage (over the entire
capture).
