Example of the connection of directional start logic
Protection functions connect the directional data via the STARTCOMB function to
SMAGAPC and then to the SMPPTRC, or directly to SMAGAPC and then to the
SMPPTRC.
The Start Matrix (SMAGAPC) merges start and directional output signals from different
application functions and creates a common directional output signal (CND) to be
connected to the Trip function (SMPPTRC).
