1 Before restarting BMC with "Turn sub power off" option, remove cables

After restarting BMC, reinsert cables.
2 Before restarting BMC with "Turn sub power off" option, on the connected

Brocade VDX switch execute the "shutdown" command to disable the port
which connects to the 10Gb LAN pass through module.
After restarting BMC, on the Brocade VDX switch execute the "no
shutdown" command to enable previously shutdown port.
If this phenomenon occurs, recover with any of the following operations:
1 Turn off the power of the 10Gb LAN pass through module, then turn the

power back on. Do this only once.
2 Turn off the power of the CB500 chassis, then turn the power back on.

This would require proper shutdown of all blades before doing this step.
