Besides the IP addresses, the MAC-ID of the bus node is
also available for addressing purposes (see 1 in Fig. 2/10).
The MAC-ID is located on the rating plate.
The MAC-ID is a uniform worldwide identification of each indi-
vidual Ethernet device. The identification consists of a "Manu-
facturer ID" and a continuous identification of the Ethernet
device, e.g. 00-0E-F0-12-3A-BC. The highlighted designation
represents the "Manufacturer ID", here Festo AG & Co. KG.
