ENGINE TROUBLESHOOTING
OIL COOLER

OIL COOLER REMOVAL

1.

REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SEAL

Remove the ten clips and radiator seal.
2.

REMOVE RH HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the three bolts.
(b) Disconnect the three connectors and remove the headlight
assembly.
