Check for open and short in harness and connector between ECM and throttle position sensor

Turn ignition switch ON.
Measure voltage between terminals VTA and E2 of
ECM.
Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.
Measure the resistance between terminals 3 and 1 of
throttle position sensor.
