Functional description
Use this function to assign the switch point for low flow cut off rate suppression.

Use this function to assign a value to the switch-on point for low flow cut off.
Low flow cut off is active if the value entered is not equal to 0. The sign of the flow
value is highlighted on the display to indicate that low flow cut off is active.
