CONFIGURATION FILES
startup.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
Applicable for all event packages, this parameter controls how long
the phone delays then retries a subscription when a SUBSCRIBE
request is responded with a 408 (timeout) or 503 (service
unavailable) error code.
Note: If set to 0 or an invalid value is set, the parameter will not take
effect.
