This is a two-step process:

Configure the DHCPv6 Server
1. Enable IPv6 routing.
(Netgear Switch) (Config)#ipv6 dhcp pool ipv6_server
(Netgear Switch) (Config)#ip routing
2. Create a DHCPv6 pool and enable DHCP service.
(Netgear Switch) (Config)#service dhcpv6
(Netgear Switch) (Config)#ipv6 dhcp pool pool1
(Netgear Switch) (Config-dhcp6s-pool)#domain-name netgear.com
(Netgear Switch) (Config-dhcp6s-pool)#address prefix 2001:2::/64
