READ BELT MOTOR
1. Remove the belt tension system spring (a),
releasing it with the help of a pair of pliers.
2. Rotate the power supply (b) on the frame
without cutting the ties.
3. Mark the position of the tread-belt motor
plate support on the frame.
4. Unplug the cable of the ALE drive as shown
in the figure.
5. Back off the 4 screws (c) using a 6mm hex
wrench.
6. Remove the tread-belt motor (E).
To reassemble the tread belt motor, carry out the
(E)
above steps in reverse order.
CAUTION: After reassembly, check
the alignment of the motor drive-belt,
as described in
"Aligning the tread – belt motor drive-
belt".
