    Assembly instructions- Rev. 1.1 GENERAL WARNINGS INTRODUCTION This document has been prepared specifically for Technogym After Sales Service, with the aim of providing authorised personnel with the information for carrying out maintenance and repair operations in the correct manner. A thorough understanding of the technical data contained herein is absolutely fundamental in order for the operator to achieve the highest level in professional training.

    Always mark any parts or positions which may be confused with each other at the time of reassembly. Use original Technogym spare parts and lubricants of the recommended brands. Use special tools where specified. Consult the Technical Newsletters and News Flashes, which may contain more up-to-date information on adjustments and maintenance than those contained in this manual.

    RUN PERSONAL-UPGRADE VISIOWEB-UNITY 2.0 Assembly instructions- Rev. 1.1 DISASSEMBLING THE DISPLAY 1. Remove the screw (1) to the upper right, using a 4 mm hexagonal key. 2. Loosen the two black central screws (3) and (4), using a 5 mm hexagonal key.

    RUN PERSONAL-UPGRADE VISIOWEB-UNITY 2.0 Assembly instructions- Rev. 1.1 REPLACING THE RECEIVER AND JOYSTICK SIGNAL CABLE Replace the joystick cable 0WCU0322 with the receiver and joystick signal cable supplied in the kit 0WCU0777. 1. Use electrical tape to fasten the 24 pin con- nector (12x2) to the cable, to make it easier for the cable to exit from the side frame.

Connect the cables that exit the central han- dlebar (left side) with the connectors of the ca- ble 0WCU0777: light blue female faston cable and 5x2 pin connector. 7. Refit the central handlebar, following the procedure described in this paragraph in re- verse order.

Fasten the new headphone board 0WQ00507 to the new guard W0008011, with the two new screws 0Z000145, using a medium Phillips screwdriver. 2. Fasten the two display magnetic sensors 0WR00686 to the guard, using two screws 0ZV00090.
