For the operations that follow: turn off the
machine and unplug the mains lead from the
wall outlet.
1. Back off the 2 screws (a) on the bottom of
the guard using a 3mm hex wrench.
2. Remove the guard (b), lifting it in the
direction of the arrow, taking care to
disconnect the LED connector of the
secondary on-off switch.
During reassembly, if necessary, hold
the dust guard in place with a flat
blade screwdriver and snap the motor
guard in place as shown in the figure.
