1. Weak clutch springs
2. Worn clutch plates
1. Uneven spring load
2. Bent clutch plates
1. Bent or seized shifter forks
2. Worn gear ratchets
3. Damaged shifter fork shafts
2. Worn shifter forks
2. Worn gear grooves
3. Worn dog slots in gears
4. Worn selector shaft splines
5. Damaged shifter fork shafts
1. Dirty air filter
2. Poor fuel quality
3. Intake coupling loose
4. Spark plug electrode gap too wide
5. Insufficient compression
6. Incorrect valve clearances
7. Valve seats or guides faulty
8. Weak or seized valve springs
1. Combustion chamber and/or piston crown fouled
with carbon deposits
2. Insufficient oil in engine or
wrong oil
3. Obstructions blocking air flow on radiator
4. Cylinder head gasket leaking
5. Clutch slips
6. Cooling fan faulty (TE-TXC)
