AT commands that can be used for FOMA SO905iCS are listed below.
[&F] : Commands that have their settings initialized by the AT&F command.
[&W] : Commands that have their settings saved by the AT&W command. You can use the ATZ command to call back the setting value.

Displays the version of the FOMA terminal in the "Verx.xx" format.
Selects the operating conditions for the circuit CD signal to DTE.

Changes CD signal in accordance with the other party's modem
status (Default).
Selects the operation that takes place when the circuit ER signal
received from DTE changes to ON/OFF.
Ignores the ER signal state (Always ON) (When the parameter is omitted).
Sets the online command mode if the ER signal changes from ON
to OFF.
Sets the offline mode if the ER signal changes from ON to OFF (Default).
Selects specification of the speed indication during connection.
Displays the communication speed between wireless sections.
Displays the communication speed between a PC and FOMA
terminal (Default).
Sets the AT command setting values of the FOMA terminal to default.
When this command is executed during communication, the
operation for disconnecting the communication is performed.
Only n=0 can be specified (Can be omitted).
Sets the control of the DR signal to be output by the FOMA terminal. AT&S0
Always sets the DR signal to ON (Default, when the parameter is omitted).
Sets the DR signal to ON when the line is connected.
Writes the current setting value to the FOMA terminal.
Only n=0 can be specified (Can be omitted).
Displays the radio wave condition of the FOMA terminal in the "*
DANTE:m" format.
m=0: Outside of the service area, m=1-3: Number of antennas
displayed on the FOMA terminal (m=1: No or one antenna).
Sets the Accept/Reject call to packet incoming call.
Sets the Accept/Reject call setting to OFF (Default).
Sets the Reject call to ON.
Sets the Accept call to ON.
Sets a host (APN) that accepts a packet incoming call. The <cid>
parameter defined by "+CGDCONT" is used as an APN.
If <cid> is omitted, all cid are added/deleted.
Adds an APN defined by <cid> to the Accept call list.
Deletes an APN defined by <cid> from the Accept call list.
Sets a host (APN) that rejects a packet incoming call. The <cid>
parameter defined by "+CGDCONT" is used as an APN.
If <cid> is omitted, all cid are added/deleted.
Adds an APN defined by <cid> to the Reject call list.
Deletes an APN defined by <cid> from the Reject call list.
Sets the Notify caller ID ON/OFF when sending/receiving data on
packet communication.
Uses an APN as it is (Default).
Adds "184" to an APN.
Adds "186" to an APN.
Displays the received power indicator of radio waves being
received by the FOMA terminal in the "*DRPW:m" format (m=0-75).
Displays the reason for disconnection of the last communication
(P.28).
Used for managing hosts (APN) saved in the FOMA terminal for
packet communication
