Direct Key Operation
Frequently used functions are assigned a Direct key. You can use Direct keys to
change settings with a simple key operation instead of selecting from the Menu.
Every time you press the Direct key, the settings are changed.
For functions for which the Direct key operation is available, the assigned Direct keys
are also mentioned in this manual.
 Functions are assigned to the Direct keys as follows.
Select size
Switch the Auto timer
Switch the Flash
Auto Focus setting
Decrease the EV value
Increase the EV value
Switch camera
Select scene setting
White balance setting
Photometry setting
Switch ON/OFF of the Grid Line
Picture effect setting
Position the current location
Reset all setting
Switch ON/OFF of the Photo light
Switch the Shoot by photo/Movie shoot
 You may not be able to operate some functions depending on the Shoot mode.
Example: Setting the Auto timer

Press until the time you want or [OFF] appears.
The Auto timer is set.

[10sec], [5sec], and [2sec]. After about 2 seconds without any
operations, the display restores and the Auto timer is set to the
last selected setting.
