Troubleshooting

First, check if the software update is necessary for the FOMA terminal. If necessary,
perform the software update (P.456).
Trouble
Cannot power on the FOMA terminal.

 Check if the Mova terminal is enabled for the Dual Network
Service (P.395).
 Check if the Ring volume is set to [OFF] (P.109).
 Check if a longer interval (such as 99 sec) is set at [Start time]
of the Set ring start time. Set it to a shorter interval (P.145).
 Check if the Tone/Vibrate notice of the Voice Mail Service is
set to [ON]. If it is ON, you are notified of the increase in the
number of record messages by the mail tone (P.392).
