Using the Data Security Service
The Data Security Service is a service that allows you to store the Phonebook,
images, and mail (hereinafter referred to as "stored data") saved in your FOMA
terminal at the Data Security Service Center.
Even if you lose the stored data, for example, if you accidentally lost the FOMA
terminal or it had a water-related trouble, you can restore the stored data at the
Center into a new FOMA terminal. Also, the phonebook data saved in both the FOMA
terminal and Data Security Service Center can be kept it latest automatically on a
regular basis. Furthermore, you can easily edit the stored data at the Data Security
Service Center by accessing the My DoCoMo website on your PC, and save the
edited stored data in the FOMA terminal.
