4. Remove the battery insulator tab on the controller card by sliding it out
from between the battery and battery clip, as shown in Figure 71.

5. Move the locking handles on the front panel to the open position, as
shown in Figure 72.

6. Align the edges of the AT-SBx31CFC960 Card with the internal
chassis card guides in slot 4 or 5 of the AT-SBx3106 Chassis. Figure
73 on page 131 shows the AT-SBx31CFC960 Card aligned in slot 4.
