Sfilare la cartuccia ammortizzatore
completa (12).

Sfilare il parapolvere (16) dal fodero
esterno (11), facendo leva con un
cacciavite.
Rimuovere l'anello di fermo (17).
lo scorrevole (18) e la sede dell'anello
di fermo (17) nel fodero esterno (11).
Estrarre il fodero esterno (11) dallo
scorrevole (18), assestando colpi in
rapida successione, per contrastare la
resistenza della boccola di guida (19).
Rimuovere la boccola (15) dallo
scorrevole inserendo la punta di un
cacciavite nell'apertura della boccola
stessa.
Rimuovere dallo scorrevole:
11
la boccola di guida (19);
lo scodellino (20);
l'anello di tenuta (21);
l'anello di fermo (17);
il parapolvere (16).

Fare attenzione a non rovinare

Withdraw the damper assembly (12).
Slip the dust seal (16) off the outer
tube (11), prising it off with a
screwdriver.
Remove the circlip (17).
Important
Take care not to damage
the inner tube (18) and the seat of
circlip (17) in the outer tube (11).
To separate the outer tube (11)
from the inner tube (18), pull the inner
tube sharply outwards repeatedly
to gradually displace the bottom
bush (19).
Insert the tip of a screwdriver in the
slit in the bush (15) and open it up
sufficiently to slide the bush off the
inner tube.
Remove the following parts from the
inner fork tube:
bush (19);
ring (20);
oil seal (21);
circlip (17);
dust seal (16).
