Smontaggio sella

Sollevare la sella (3), agendo sulla
serratura (A).
Rimuovere la sella (3) completa,
sfilandola verso la parte posteriore
della moto.
Scomposizione sella
Svitare la vite (1) nella parte inferiore
A
della sella e rimuovere il coperchio (2)
per poter avere accesso alla borsa
attrezzi e al libretto (B).

Svitare le viti (5) che fissano

il coprisella (4) alla sella (3) e
recuperare le rosette in nylon (11).
Rimuovere il coprisella (4).

Ricomposizione sella
Rimontare il coprisella (4) sulla sella (3)

e fissarlo serrando le viti (7) munite
di rosette (11) alla coppia prescritta

(Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il coperchio (2) avvitando

la vite (1).
Serrare la vite (1) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Nel caso siano danneggiati o
schiacciati, sostituire i tamponi in
gomma (6) e (7).
Rimontaggio sella
Inserire la sella (3) nei relativi incastri
sul telaio della moto e premere sulla
parte posteriore fino a far scattare la
serratura (A).

Removing the seat
Release the seat lock (A) and raise
the seat (3).
Remove the complete seat
assembly (3), sliding it towards
the rear of the motorcycle.
Disassembly of the seat
Unscrew the bolt (1) on the underside
of the seat and remove the cover (2) to
access the toolkit and handbook (B).
Unscrew the bolts (5) securing the
seat cowling (4) to the seat (3) and
recover the nylon washers (11).
Remove the seat cowling (4).
Reassembly of the seat
Refit the seat cowling (4) to the
seat (3) and secure with the bolts (7)
and washers (11) tightened to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the cover (2) and fit the bolt (1).
Tighten the bolt (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Inspect the rubber mountings (6)
and (7) and renew them if damaged
or deformed.
Refitting the seat
Insert the seat (3) in the lugs on the
frame and push on the rear of the
seat to engage the lock (A).
