a. In the 'Add' field, enter "2", and then click Add; the new entry is added as Index
#2 after Index #1. The previous Index #2 is now shifted down to Index #3.
b. From the 'Source IP Group ID' drop-down list, select 1. This is the IP Group to
which the Network-1 IP-PBX belongs.
c. From the 'Destination Type' drop-down list, select Dest Address and then in the
'Destination Address' field, enter the "10.2.2.2", i.e, the IP address of the device's
LAN gateway interface.
d. In the 'Destination Port' field, enter port number "5060".
e. From the 'Alternative Route Options' drop-down list, select Alt Route Consider
Inputs.
f. Click Apply.
3. Add an IP-to-IP routing rule (Index #4) for routing calls destined to the PSTN network:
a. From the 'Source IP Group ID' drop-down list, select 1. This is the IP Group to
which the Network-1 IP-PBX belongs.
b. In the 'Destination Username Prefix', enter "9". This represents calls destined for
the PSTN. (You can change this according to your PSTN numbering plan.)
c. From the 'Destination Type' drop-down list, select Dest Address and then in the
'Destination Address' field, enter the "10.2.2.2", i.e, the IP address of the device's
LAN gateway interface.
d. In the 'Destination Port' field, enter port number "5060".
e. Click Apply.
The configured rules are summarized below:

Index #1: This rule routes calls from IP Group 1 (i.e., Network-1 IP-PBX) to IP Group
2 (i.e., Network-2 IP-PBX) through the device's SBC interface.

Index #2: This rule is an alternative route for calls from IP Group 1 in case of Network-
2 IP-PBX failure. The calls are sent to the device's LAN Gateway interface (i.e.
10.2.2.2:5060).

Index #3: This rule routes calls from IP Group 2 (i.e., Network-2 IP-PBX) to IP Group
1 (i.e., Network-1 IP-PBX).

Index #4: This rule directs all calls with destination phone number prefix "9" to the
device's Gateway interface (i.e. 10.2.2.2:5060).
