Reviewing Calibration and Verification History

The Analyzer stores a history of calibrations (up to 40 calibrations) and a history of verifications data (up to 41
verifications).
To review calibration and verification history
1.
Select the Cal/Ver tab.
2.
To display a list of calibrations or verifications stored on the Analyzer, press one of the following buttons:
• Calibration History
• Verification History

Select a calibration or verification to view by scrolling up or down the list to highlight a selection, and
then press the View button. A summary of the selected calibration (or verification) appears.

To export all of the calibrations (or verifications) on the list, press the Export All button. Then press the
button that corresponds to the desired data format (CSV or PDF).To export calibration or verification
summary data to a USB flash memory drive, make sure a USB flash memory drive is connected to the
Analyzer's USB port. (Only one USB flash memory drive should be inserted at a time in one of the three
available USB ports). Then press Export PDF.

To export calibration or verification summary data to Ethernet, first set up a PC to collect data using a
data acquisition program such as PuTTY, HyperTerminal, and Tera Term from the Ethernet port on the
Analyzer. Set the port number to 10802 to access the exported file, and capture the file under file name
you select. Then, press the Cal. CSV to Ethernet button or the Ver. CSV to Ethernet button.
