C l e a r i n g P a c k e t s f r o m M e m o r y
Remove packets from the printer to increase memory storage capacity or if the formats/fonts are
no longer needed. In some cases, turning the printer off may clear the packets from memory. If
not, send a format clear packet.
Syntax

Example

Clears Format #1 from volatile RAM.
D e f i n i n g t h e T i m e / D a t e P a c k e t
Use the time/date packet (T) to set the printer's time and date. The printer must contain the
optional clock. The printer keeps track of the date and time even when the printer is turned off.
The clock operates on 24-hour time. For example, 4:00 pm is 16:00 hours.

number (0 to 9999). 0 is for all fonts.
Action. Enter C to clear the packet.

Hour in 24-hour time. Range: 0 to 23.
Minutes. Range: 0 to 59.
