D e f i n i n g L i n e F i e l d s
Use lines to form borders and mark out original prices. Define each line separately. This field is
not assigned a field number, but is counted as a field (keep this in mind, as the printer allows a
maximum of 1000 fields per format). Define any line length and a thickness up to 99 dots, as
long as the solid black print does not exceed 30 percent of any given square inch of the label.

Line Types

Create horizontal and vertical lines. There are two ways to define lines.
Segments
Select the starting point and ending point.
Vectors
Select the starting point, the angle, and the length of the line.

Line Field.
Type of line. Only vertical and horizontal lines are supported.
S is the default. Options:
S
Segment. Select the starting point and ending point.
V
Vector. Select the starting point, angle, and length.
Row location - distance from bottom of
print area to the starting point. 10 is the
default.

Column location - distance from left edge of
the print area to line origin. 10 is the
default.

If Using Segments:
Row location of ending point. Measure from bottom
of print area. On horizontal lines, this value must
match item L3. 100 is the default.

Angle of line. Options: 0, 90, 180, or 270.
0 is the default.
