8.6.6.6 Secure-A-Font Module

The SECURE-A-FONT MODULE can be used with both the model 1 and the model 2 printers. There are

no changes or enhancements done to the XEROX DocuPrint N24/N32/N40 Printer in order to use this

device. The device is external to the printer. It connects via an 18" Parallel Cable to the printers Parallel

port, and has its own external power supply (See Figure 8.6.6.6.1-1). The device only accepts ACOM

supplied PCMCIA cards, which have been programmed with end user fonts.
