4) While forcing the lint-free paper against
the photosensitive drum, move it from
the front to the rear and then from the
rear to the front to wipe the drum.
• Keep the width of the cleaning
movement to 5 to 10 cm.
• For a single area, the lint-free
paper may be moved back and
forth 15 to 20 times; a little
force will not affect the life of
the drum.
5) When the alcohol has completely
evaporated, dry wipe the drum with lint-
free paper. If the drum has been wiped
unevenly, go back to step 4), and clean
once again.
6) Rotate the drum for the width of the
cleaning movement to 5 to 10 cm, and
repeat steps 3) through 5) until you
have cleaned the entire surface of the
drum.
7) Remove the cleaning blade assembly.
