CHAPTER 2 NEW FUNCTIONS
b. Removing the Manual Feed Tray Switch Assembly
1) Remove the process unit cover (4
screws).
2) Remove the 2 screws [1], and discon-
nect the 2 connectors [2]; then, detach
the pre-transfer charging assembly fan
[3].
3) Disconnect the 3 connectors [1], and
remove the screw [2]; then, detach the
potential sensor PCB [3].
4) Remove the screw [1], and disconnect
the 2 connectors [2]; then, detach the
manual feed tray switch assembly [3].
