MO test commands

Each command is arranged according to a standard command syntax for Avaya G250/G350
Media Gateways, where GGG is the G250/G350 Number, the character V indicates that this
system is a G250 or G350, S is the slot number, and PP is the port number.
Full test commands can be either short or long as indicated, and can be repeated several times.
For example, in:
test port GGGVSpp sh r 1
sh = short
r = repeat
1 = the number of times the test should be repeated.
Similarly, in:
test port GGGVSpp l r 2
l = long
r = repeat
2 = the number of times the test should be repeated.
