Defining Apply Clauses for a Route Policy

Importing Routing Information Discovered by Other Routing Protocols
A routing protocol can import the routes that are discovered by other routing
protocols to enrich its route information. The route policy can filter route information
to implement the redistribution. If the destination routing protocol that imports the
routes cannot directly reference the route costs of the source routing protocol, you
should satisfy the requirement of the destination protocol by specifying a route cost
for the imported route.
