Programming Steps
1. Press the SYSTEM PARAMETERS flexible button (FLASH 85,
Button #1). The following message displays:
P RIN T SY S PAR AM
P RE SS H OLD
2. To print the System Parameters database, press the HOLD button. The
following message displays:
P RIN T SY S PAR AM
When the system finishes sending the information to the printer, a
confirmation tone is heard.
Description
The currently stored customer database can be printed or uploaded into
a file. This command dumps the entire database as a permanent record
which can serve as a hardcopy of the database. The system baud rate
must match that of the printer or receiving device. When printing the
System Parameters the following data prints:
All System Timers
All System Wide Options (External Night Ringing, Hold Preference)
Attendant Station(s) Programming
Other System Assignments (Page/Relay Assign, Exec/Sec, SMDR)
Weekly Night Mode Schedule
