Description
Internet Protocol address, it is the
IP address of the NE. The address
0-0-0-0 is not allowed. Neither the
network nor the host portion of the
address when viewed in binary
format may be all 0s or all 1s.
Mask, it is the subnet mask of the
network the NE is connected to.
The mask, in binary
representation, must contain a
contiguous string of 1s (the
network portion) and a contiguous
string of 0s (the host portion).
Name, it is the TCP/IP network
name of the NE. This value is not
used by the NE in any way at this
time, but it may be set so that
verification of the IP address can
be made at a later time.
Modify a L2 Encapsulation
Profile user defined.
Used by a manager, CRAFT or
EML, to change the state of the
entity Local Access
Control (LAC).
Internet Protocol. Determines if
the Internet Protocol will be run
on the customer LAN
Integrated ISIS. Determines if the
Integrated IS-IS Protocol will be
run on the customer LAN or not.
OSI. Determines if the OSI
Protocol will be run on the
customer LAN or not.
OSI Area. Determines as to which
OSI Area the Customer LAN
belongs to.
