The Initialize Register panel displays the following parameters:
Access Identifier - Specifies the Access Identifier for the selected STMn port.

Monitor Value - Specifies the monitor value for the selected STM port. The default

value is 0.
Location - Specifies the location. The values are NEND, FEND, BIDIR, and ALL.

The default value is NEND.
Monitored parameter type - Specifies the parameter type to be monitored. The
•
values are:
– ALL
– OFS-RS
– ES-RS
– SES-RS
– BBE-RS
– UAS-RS
– ES-MS
– SES-MS
– BBE-MS
– UAS-MSB. The default value is ALL.
Direction - Specifies the direction. The values are RCV, TRMT, and ALL. The default
•
value is RCV.
Time period - Specifies the time interval for the which the report is being generated.
•
The values are 15-MIN or 1-DAY. The default value is 15-min.
The Save link allows to store all the selections.

The PM Mode tab allows the user to set and retrieve the performance monitoring mode
