User Identifier - Specifies a unique user ID. According to the specification. It is a
sequence from 5 to 12 case-sensitive alphanumeric characters, where the first
character must always be an alphabetic character. The following special characters
are also accepted as valid characters and will be part of the User Identifier: %
(percent sign), + (plus sign), # (pound sign), and _ (under score).
Password - Specifies the user's login password. According to the specification, it
is a sequence from 8 to 12 case-sensitive alphanumeric characters. The Password
must contain at least 1 upper alphabetic character, at least 1 lower alphabetic
character and at least 1 numeric character. The following special characters are
also accepted as valid characters and can be part of the Password: % (percent sign),
+ (plus sign), # (pound sign), and _ (under score). The first character of the
Password can be an alphabetic, numeric, or a valid special character.
Local Time - Specifies the UTC time zone.
Language - This is one of the available languages of the manager.
