Resource usage
When you generate reports or export data from the database, you use system
resources, including server CPU and LAN bandwidth. To calculate resource
requirements for a specific application, refer to the Planning, Installation, and
and Administration Guide.
Note: If you are generating large reports or exporting large amounts of data, do
so at off-peak times.

Types of calls

The following call types are referred to in the descriptions of statistics fields:
Symposium Express Call Center calls
Calls that arrive at Symposium Express Call Center on a CDN and are presented
to the Incalls key of a phoneset that is acquired by Symposium Express Call
Center.
ACD calls
Calls to an Automatic Call Distribution Directory Number (ACD-DN) that are
presented to a phoneset acquired by Symposium Express Call Center. ACD calls
are distributed to agents in an ACD group based on the routing table defined on
the switch.
