Viewing real-time displays

Introduction
Follow this procedure to view a real-time display. When you view a real-time
display, you can sort the display on any column. You can also filter agent
displays to show only logged-on agents, or both logged-on and logged-off
agents.
The Agent Real-Time display is updated every 2 seconds. All other Real-time
displays are updated every 5 seconds.
