3 Detecting errors on the composite power supply PBA

The composite power supply PBA has a self diagnostic function for errors in
the output of the PBA and its communication with the DC controller PBA.
The errors are indicated by the flashing frequency of LED100 on the DC con-
troller PBA (See the table below). At the same time, the control panel displays
an error code.
Deterioration of the scanning lamp is also checked by this detection mecha-
nism. (In this case you need to replace the lamp to clear the error)
