D isasse m b ly o f cran kcase, cran ksh aft an d la y s h aft
P erform th e follow ing o n the R .H . crankcase, proceed as follow s.
S traighten the sa fety w ashe rs; re m ove the nuts (1 , 2) securing the crankshaft
and la y shaft (re m ove the la yshaft fastening nut on L.H . side too).
R em ove the la y shaft counterw eight (3) and the k e y.
R em ove the tw o gears (A ) o n the crankshaft and th e ke y.
R em ove the tw o screw s locking the blade valve (4) and rem ove it.
U sing a 8 m m w rench, unlock the 2 screw s the n re m ove the neutral sensor
(5) w ith seal ring, pin and spring.
W ithdra w the tim ing chain (6).
