¤ A uxiliary shaft
Install 2nd speed gear bushing an d lubricate w ith e ngine oil.
M ount: 2nd ge ar and put graphite grease on it (th e side w ith slots
should face 3rd speed gear), w as her and circlip. N ote that the
w ashe r should b e m ounted before circlip. M ount 3rd gear as
show n in th e picture. M ount circlip, w asher and 6th speed gear.
T he w ashe r shou ld be betw een g e ar and circlip. P ut graphite
grease on 6th sp eed gear. M ount 5th speed gea r, w ashe r and
circlip. T he w ash er should be betw e en gea r and circlip. T he 5th
and 6th speed g ears should rotate freely a gainst each other.
M ount 4th speed gear, w ashe r an d brass bushing for 1st speed
gear. T he flange on 4th speed ge ar should engag e 5th speed
gear. M ount 1st speed gear, th e side w ith bevel should face 4th
speed gear.
