C O N N E C T O R S
W hen a connector is connected, check that it clicks into position.
C heck the connector for corrosion, dirt or a b roke n cover.
C O U P L IN G S
B lock couplings
ensure that th e block is released before disconnecting it to push
it com pletely ho m e w hen connec ting it.
W hen disconnecting a coupling, ensure that the b od y of th e coupling is gripped and
do not pull it apart b y the leads.
C heck that the term inals of the couplings are not slack or bent.
C heck that the term inals are not corroded o r dirty.
F U S E S
W hen a fuse bu rns out, alw a ys investigate w h y the fuse has burn t out. F ind the
cause,
repair and then s ubstitute the fuse.
D o not utilize a fuse of a differen t capacity from th e original one.
D o not utilize w ire or an y other s ubstitute for the fuse.
B A T T E R Y
- w hen assem bling, first rem ove the B LA C K negative cable, then the R E D positive
cable;
- w hen reassem b ling, first connect the R E D positive cable, then the B LA C K negative
cable.

F ast battery discharging:
1) curre nt leakage (see page M .9);
2) incorrect volta ge (see page M .10);
3) gene rator: no continuity (see p age M .10);

5) faulty voltage regulator (see p a ge M .12)
B attery overloading:
1) faulty voltage regulator (see p a ge M .12);

1) faulty electric start rem ote control sw itch (see p age M .16);
2) loosened starting m otor cable;

W eak Ignition spark or no ignition spark:
1) incorrect m ain w iring h arness connections;
