R eassem ble the reservoir plug an d the valve, fit it inside the reservo ir, then fit the
snap ring into the throat. Insert the nitrogen valve - or the air valve if the nitrogen
valve is not an hand - using 10-1 2 bar pressure. R eassem ble the cap on the valve
and check to m ake sure that both air bleeds, or oil leaks, are not present.

R eassem bling the end-of-stroke p ad and its w ashe r.
W hen the end -of-stroke pads nee ds to be replaced , block the fork ro d in a vice
using alum inum or bronze ja w s, then tighten the c onnection again using Loctite
and a 50 N m torque. R eassem ble the spring and take it to the initial preload using
the ring nut an d the counter ring n ut.
