R E A R S U S P E N S IO N
B leed the gas b y pressing on the reservoir valve.
T o protect his e yes from possible particles, the operator m ust tu rn
the valve aw a y from his e yes.
R em o vin g th e reservo ir p lu g a n d th e valve
F it a tool on the air cham ber cove r, then e xert a pressure on both the cover and the
tool to gain access to the snap ring.
E xercise the gre atest care, and e xert th e pressure b y your h ands w hen
carrying o ut this operation.
U se tw o sm all scre w drivers to re m ove the snap ring, and take care not to dam ag e
the inner surface .
T o rem ove th e snap ring, place first one ring end o utside the groove . R em ove the
other ring e nd, in sert one scre w d river betw een the snap ring and th e reservoir, and
lever b y the othe r scre w driver. R e m ove the w hole snap ring, and ch eck that the
grooves on the reservoir bod y ha ve no burrs; on the contrary, rectify the g rooves
to sm ooth their s urface.
T ighten a tube w ith internal threa d , then rem ove th e plug using pliers.
