R em o vin g th e rear w h eel
U nscre w the nut (1) of th e w heel pin (3) and extra ct it. It is not neces-
sary to unloose the chain adjusters (2); in this w a y, the chain tension
w ill rem ain unch anged afte r the reassem bly. E xtra ct the com plete rear
w h eel, b y taking care of the space rs located at the hub sides. T o re as-
sem ble, reverse the above proced ure rem em bering to insert the disc
into the caliper.
N O T E S
D o not ope rate the rear brake pe dal w h en the w h eel has been
rem oved;
this causes the caliper piston to m ove outw ards.
A fter rem oval, la y do w n the w he e l w ith brake disc on top.
A fter reassem bly, pum p the b rake control pedal until the pads are
against the brake disc.
