R eassem ble the drum (1 ) w ith the screw (2) (28 N m -2,85 K gm -20.6 ft/
Lb + LO C T IT E 2 4 2). M ount th e sprocket (3) and th e plate (4) using the
screw s
(5) (9,3 N m -0,95 K gm -6.8 ft/lb + L O C T IT E 242 ). C heck for an axial pla y of 0,3
m m (0.012 in.). Install the click (6) w ith its spring (7) and the plate w ith the
screw (8) (28 N m -2,85 K gm -20.6 ft/lb).
C h eck fo r th e click p ro p er o p eratio n , b e fo re a n ch o rin g th e s p rin g
to th e rela ted h o o ks.
A ssem ble the gearbo x control sha ft (9);
- m om enta rily install the control lever and check the gearbo x fo r pro per
operation;
- lubricate the as sem bly w ith engine oil.
