V erifying too hig h tem peratu res o f cooling fluid, check the radiant m ass. W hether on fins are noticed obstructions to the air flux as
leaves, bugs, m ud etc., carry out rem oval of these obstructions taking care not to da m age radiato r. If distortions are no ticed, it is
advisable to straighten them so re storing the air pa ssage. T he radia nt m ass has not to be clogged or dam aged fo r m ore than 20 %
of its surface. If the dam aged su rface is over this lim it, it shall be advisable to replace radiator. P e riod ically check the connecting
sheats, this w ill avoid w ate r leakages and consequ ent engine seizure. If pipes show cracks, sw elling or hard enings du e to sheats
desiccation, their replacem ent sha ll be advisable.
In case of electric valve m alfunction the cooling liquid reaches the b oiling point.
