The wheel−over point position is controlled by the "Turning Response"
box in the Autopilot dialog box. Please see "Driving an Autopilot",
chapter 12.1.5.
If you wish to have the current turning arc match the planned turning arc,
you will need to change either your ship's speed or the planned rate of
turn (see Autopilot dialog box, chapter 2.1.10).
