In this case only the manual selected cells will be imported (without
subdirectories).
Procedure: (see Figure: 4−38)
Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 (see Figure: 4−29).
Step 4 Select the cell folder containing the datafile you wish to convert.
Normally, the subdirectory number is 0.
