10) When abnormality is found in the installation of the 2 Pressure Springs [1] of the Secondary Transfer
Roller such as being bent or not properly put on the mount of the spring, correct the deformation of the
springs or their installation.
If abnormality is not solved, change the springs to those with a higher spring pressure (FC7-8775).
NOTE:
How to distinguish between springs with a high spring pressure and those with a lower spring pressure
・Those with a high spring pressure: Without marking on the spring (FC7-8775)
・Those with a low spring pressure: With marking on the spring (FE2-0726)
11) Install the removed parts in reverse order.
Caution : Caution at installation
Make sure to install it in the position where the groove on the metal part of secondary transfer outer roller is
placed to the rear side of the secondary transfer outer unit.
