<Detailed work procedure>
CAUTION:
When replacing the 2 External Heat Rollers, replace the 4 External Heat Roller Insulating Bushes, 4 External
Heat Roller Bearings, and 2 External Heat Cleaning Rollers at the same time.
Replacement Procedure
1) Open the Front Left Cover and the Front Right Cover.
2) Pull Out Fixing Feed Unit.
3) Remove the Fixing Pressure Unit.
Caution:
- Before removing the Fixing Pressure Unit, check the situation of the cam through the hole of the Fixing
Assembly.
- When installing the fixing pressure unit, be sure to keep the cam status as it is removed. Write down the
cam status if necessary.
4) Remove External Heat Roller Unit.
5) Remove the pressure arm (front).
- 1 spring (upper only)
- 1 E-ring
- 2 bearings
