Installing the new Drum Home Position Flag, Stepped Screw and Spring
CAUTION: Points to Note when Installing the Drum Home Position Flag
-Be sure to use a new Drum Home Position Flag.
- Align the groove of the drum home position detection flag with the groove of the drum shaft.
When rotating the drum, be sure to rotate it counter clockwise.
(If it is rotated clockwise, the drum surface might get damaged).
-When the drum home position flag is set downward and installed, be sure that the flag part is inserted to the
[A] part of the drum home position sensor.
-When tightening the screw, be sure to do so while holding the Drum Home Position Flag. Rotating the drum
clockwise may damage the drum surface.
